Are League 2 Games Televised?
Sky Sports+ offers extensive coverage of the English Football League (EFL), showcasing over 1,000 live games from the Championship, League One, and League Two throughout the season. Every League One and League Two team will be featured live on Sky at least 20 times in the 2024/25 season. Furthermore, every Carabao Cup fixture will be broadcasted. This comprehensive coverage ensures that League 2 games are indeed televised, providing fans with ample opportunities to watch their teams compete.
Sky Sports+ is available at no extra cost to existing Sky Sports subscribers through various platforms, including Sky TV, the NOW streaming service, and the Sky Sports app. This accessibility makes it easier than ever for fans to follow their favorite League Two teams.

For those without a Sky Sports subscription, a NOW Sports Day or Flexible Month Membership provides access to all Sky Sports channels, including Sky Sports+. This option offers a flexible and cost-effective way to watch League 2 games without a long-term commitment.

While the majority of fixtures will not be moved for broadcast purposes, Sky Sports has already announced the schedule of televised EFL games until January, with each club featuring multiple times. This allows fans to plan ahead and ensure they don’t miss their team’s televised matches. The “3pm blackout,” preventing broadcasts between 2:45 pm and 5:15 pm on Saturdays, will remain in effect.

From the 2024/25 season, Sky Sports+ will effectively replace the EFL’s domestic video streaming option previously provided via iFollow and club streaming services. In addition to football, Sky Sports+ will also broadcast every Super League rugby league match and offer extensive coverage of the ATP and WTA tennis tours.

While broadcast schedules may cause some fixture adjustments, Sky Sports+ aims to provide comprehensive coverage of League 2, ensuring televised access to a significant number of games for fans throughout the season.
