Big East Announces 2024-25 Olympic Sports TV Schedule
The Big East Conference unveiled its 2024-25 Olympic sports championship schedule, partnering with FOX Sports for comprehensive broadcast coverage. All 22 championships, including the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments presented by Jeep, will receive extensive coverage.
FOX Sports will air three regular-season volleyball matches on FS1 this fall. The action begins with defending champion Creighton facing USC on September 5th at 7 p.m. ET. Creighton will then host reigning regular-season champion Marquette on October 1st at 7 p.m. ET on FS1. A third Creighton-Marquette match is slated for November 10th on either FS1 or FS2.
Fall championship coverage includes the women’s soccer final on FS1 (November 10th, 11 a.m. ET) and the men’s soccer final on FS2 (November 17th, 12 p.m. ET). The volleyball championship final will air on FS2 on November 30th (time TBD).
Championship venues span the Big East landscape. Volleyball will be held at Creighton’s D.J. Sokol Arena. The Maryland SoccerPlex will host both the men’s and women’s soccer semifinals and finals. Field hockey will be played at Providence’s Lennon Family Field.
Beyond national broadcasts, the Big East Digital Network on FloSports, presented by Invesco QQQ (BEDN), will stream over 75 conference postseason events not on national television, plus nearly 300 fall events.
The Big East Cross Country Championships (November 1st, Georgetown’s Morven Park) will stream on BEDN. The Indoor Track & Field Championships (February 28th-March 1st, DePaul) and Swimming and Diving Championships (February 26th-March 1st, SPIRE Academy) will also be on BEDN.
Spring championships include men’s and women’s tennis (April 17th-20th, Cayce Tennis Center), women’s golf (April 19th-21st, Riverton Pointe Country Club), men’s golf (April 26th-28th, Callawassie Island), and men’s and women’s lacrosse (May 1st and 3rd).
Softball (May 7th-10th, Villanova Stadium), outdoor track & field (May 15th-17th, UConn), and baseball (May 21st-24th, Prasco Park) round out the spring schedule.
