CES 2025 highlighted software advancements, especially in AI, and the ongoing pursuit of larger screens. Concrete details on new TV models were surprisingly limited, but several major manufacturers teased upcoming releases, offering a glimpse into the future of television.

LG confirmed a broad 2025 TV lineup, primarily focusing on its established OLED and LCD technologies, with updates expected for both OLED and QNED (LCD) lines.

Panasonic, continuing its US market resurgence, unveiled its flagship OLED TV series, the Z95B, and a flagship mini-LED TV series, the W95B. A budget-friendly W70B LED TV series, exclusive to the US and available in smaller sizes, was also announced.

Samsung announced new 8K mini-LED TVs (QN990F and QN900F) and several 4K mini-LED TV series (QN90F, QN80F, and QN70F). Samsung also plans to continue offering QD-OLED and traditional OLED models.

Hisense showcased two impressive TVs at CES: a massive 136-inch micro-LED TV (136MX) and a 116-inch TriChroma mini-LED TV (116UX). The 136MX marks Hisense’s first commercially available micro-LED TV. The 116UX represents Hisense’s first “TriChroma” mini-LED TV. Pricing and availability for both remain undisclosed, but they are expected to be premium options.

TCL’s CES 2025 announcements included two TV series: the QM7K and the QM6K, continuing TCL’s focus on providing advanced TV technology.
