KTTC (NBC 10) is the leading local television station in Rochester, Minnesota, serving southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa. As an NBC affiliate, KTTC delivers award-winning news and entertainment programming. It also operates KXLT-TV FOX 47, the market’s FOX affiliate, under a shared services agreement. KTTC produces 32 hours of local news each week, including a primetime newscast on FOX 47. Beyond its main channels, KTTC offers a variety of multicast networks: NBC 10.2 (Rochester’s CW network), 10.3 H&I, 10.4 CourtTV, and 10.5 JusticeTV. KXLT provides additional programming on 47.2 MeTV, 47.3 LAFF, 47.4 CourtTV Mystery, 47.5 Quest, and 47.6 GRIT, expanding viewing options for Rochester residents.

KTTC, originally KROC-TV, signed on in 1953 as the first television station in southern Minnesota. Quincy Newspapers Inc. (now Quincy Media Inc.) acquired the station in 1976 and changed the call letters to KTTC, signifying “Total Tri-State Coverage.” In 2021, Gray Television acquired Quincy Media and KTTC, expanding its media portfolio to 102 television markets.

KTTC actively engages in community initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to local causes. The station’s annual KTTC Eagles Cancer Telethon, now in its 67th year, is the longest-running locally produced telethon in the United States, raising millions of dollars for cancer research.

KTTC also organizes the KTTC Toy Drive for Christmas Anonymous, supports the United Way of Olmsted County, and partners with the Channel One Food Bank.
