
Reality TV Stars Battle for “GOAT” Title on Amazon Freevee
Amazon Freevee’s new reality competition, “The GOAT,” pits 14 reality TV stars against each other for the ultimate title. Hosted by Daniel Tosh (“Tosh 2.0”), contestants will face mental, physical, and social challenges. The cast includes Tayshia Adams (“The Bachelorette”), Joe Amabile (“The Bachelor”), Kristen Doute (“Vanderpump Rules”), Reza Farahan (“Shahs of Sunset”), CJ Franco (“FBoy Island”), Wendell Holland (“Survivor”), Teck Holmes (“The Real World”), Justin Johnson/Alyssa Edwards (“RuPaul’s Drag Race”), Paola Mayfield (“90 Day Fiancé”), Da’Vonne Rogers (“Big Brother”), Joey Sasso (“The Circle”), Jason Smith (“The Bachelorette”), Lauren Speed-Hamilton (“Love Is Blind”), and Jill Zarin (“The Real Housewives of New York City”).
The show is executive produced by Elan Gale (“The Bachelor,” “FBoy Island”), Bill Dixon (“The Bachelor” franchise), Anthony Anderson (“Black-ish”), and Lee Eisenberg (“The Office”). Dixon also serves as showrunner, with Michael Shea directing. “The GOAT” is a collaboration between Propagate and Amazon Studios.
“The GOAT” joins Freevee’s growing content library, including “Bosch: Legacy” and Prime Video titles like “Reacher” and “The Wheel of Time.” Freevee is also expanding its FAST channels by 75%, adding themed channels, original content, and syndicated partnerships.
Freevee offers diverse programming, from “Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis” to “Judy Justice” and “Jury Duty.” Upcoming shows include Mike Schur and Shea Serrano’s comedy “Primo” and the court program “Tribunal Justice.” Freevee’s commitment to diverse content and FAST channel expansion aims to strengthen its streaming position.
